- Now cook rice with whole spices till 3/4 cook.
- Now add saffron in luck warm milk.
- Now layer the briyani in a thick bottomed pan.
- First grease the pan and layer with rice.
- Now vegetable layer and pour little saffron milk and ghee and as same way put 2 more layers.
- Top with fried onion and dry fruits and seal the edges with aata and keep the pot on a iron tawa and cook on slow gas for one hour.
- Enjoy it with mirchi salan, salad and mix veg raita.
