- First mix sooji,oats, baking soda & rice flour in a bowl.Add curd and keep aside for 15 mins

- Add water to get a perfect pouring consistency.

- Chop all the vegetables and keep aside

- Now in a bowl add all vegetables, tomato sauce, red chilli, Cumin powder,Kanda lasun masala and mix well.

- Add mashed paneer and salt to taste

- Take a laddle full of batter and pour on non stick pan to make small mini uttapam

- Now add a spoon of filling on one uttapam.cook for a minute
