- 2 boiled peeled grated potatoes
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper powder
- Water to knead the dough
- Oil for frying
- For loki tamatar ki sabji
- 1 bottle guard
- 2 tomato
- to taste sendha namak Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp coriander chopped
- 2 tablespoon oil
- For sabudana kheer
- 250 ml milk
- 1/2 cup soaked drained sabudana
- Dry nuts
- Pistachios sliced
- Almonds sliced
- Cashewnuts sliced
- Raisins green
- 3/4 cup sugar or as per sweetness
- For cucumber raita
- 1 cup curd not sour
- 1/2 cucumber peeled and finally chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- to taste Salt
- For sabudana tikki
- 1 cup sabudana washed and soaked
- 2 potatoes boiled peeled and grated
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Oil for shallow frying
- to taste Salt
- Fresh coriander chopped
- 1 tbsp roasted crushed peanuts
- For potatoes tikki
- 2 boiled peeled grated potatoes
- Sendha namak as per taste
- Green chilli chopped
- 1 tbsp fasting corn flour..I got it in Indian store
- Coriander chopped
- For lassi
- 1 cup mild curd
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- Salt to taste I used sendha namak
- For veggies samo rice
- 1/2 cup samo rice washed and soaked fir 1/2an hour
- Veggies I used
- 1 carrot peeled and chopped in cubes
- 1/2 bottle guard peeled and chopped
- 2 potatoes peeled and chopped
- 1 big Tomato chopped
- 1 bunch coriander clean wash and chopped
- to taste Salt
- 2 tsp Red kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder optional
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions to make to make Fasting thali
- For sabudana kheer
- In a heavy bottom pan add milk let it boil add all nuts and sugar

- Add kesar add sabudana boil it again till all sugar dissolve..
- It took 5-10 minutes to get thick..but keep stirring else it will stick to pan
- Switch off the flame let it cool keep it in fridge to chill
- For loki tamatar ki s
- First peeled bottle guard and chopped it in cubes
- Chopped tomatoes
- Heat oil in cooker add mustard seeds when it crackling
- Add chopped bottle guard add tomatoes salt chilli powder coriander powder and fresh coriander
- Cover the cooker give two whistles slow the flame 1 more whistle on slow flame switch off the gas..tour loki tamatar ki sabji ready
- Sabudana tikki

- In a bowl add Sabudana grated Potatoes black pepper powder crushed peanuts and chopped coriander sendha namak and make petty or tikki out of it
- Heat a nonstick tawa add little oil when it hot enough put sabudana tikki and fry it till golden brown in color from both sides..serve hot..
- Rajgiri puri

- In a bowl add Rajgiri flour salt black pepper powder grated potatoes add water slowly as needed to knead the dough..
- Heat oil.. divide the dough in equal balls..roll puri balls with rolling pin and fry it on medium flame till brown in color from both..your Rajgiri puri are ready

- For cucumber raita add curd chopped coriander chopped cucumber salt black pepper powder and cumin powder mix well.keep it in fridge to chill.. cucumber raita is ready
- For lassi
- Add water curd cumin powder salt and chopped mint together blend it
- Add crushed ice and serve chilled
- For veggies samo rice
- In a pan add oil when it is hot enough
- Add cumin seeds mustard seeds
- Add veggies of your choice I added chopped potatoes bottle guard carrot and mix well add spices like chilli powder sendha namak turmeric powder black pepper powder and mix well.
- Add water as needed when it cooked and veggies become tender add tomato and chopped coriander.. adjust spices as per your taste.. tadaaaa your veggies samo rice ready..
- Add soaked drained samo rice and mix well add
