  20. 2 tsp Cumin seeds
  21. 4 tsp Sesame seeds
  22. 1/4 tsp Hing
  23. 10-12 Curry leaves
  24. 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions to make to make Corn Spinach Handvo

  1. Soak rice, Chanadal, Tuvar dal and Urad dal for 6 - 7 hours.
  2. In a mixer jar take rice, all the dals and grind it. Add curd to it and keep it aside for 6 - 7 hours for fermentation.
  3. Add green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,salt, turmeric powder and sugar.
  4. Add grated carrot, grated Lauki,corn kernels, chopped palak and palak puree to it.
  5. In a pan take oil and add mustard seeds. When it crackles add cumin seeds, curry leaves and Sesame seeds. Add this to Handvo batter.
  6. Add baking soda to the batter.
  7. In a fry pan take oil,add Mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and Sesame seeds.Pour Handvo batter. Sprinkle seasame seeds on Handvo.
  8. Cover fry pan and cook till it becomes crispy from both the sides.
  9. Serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
