- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 11/2tsp biryani masala
- 4 tbsp curd
- 1 cup water
- 3 eggs
- For garnishing
- 1 onion chopped
- 12 cashew
- As required Pudina and coriander leaves as required
- As required Oil for frying
- as required Salt
Instructions to make to make Egg biryani
- First in a pan add ghee.When ghee melts add bay leaf,cinomon stick,green cardomom,cloves. When they get aromatic add water.When water boils add basmati rice with lemon juice,ginger garlic paste and salt.


- Cook rice till it is/4 cooked.Strain rice and keep aside.

- Boil eggs and remove their shell.Fry them in 1tsp of oil with little turmeric and chilli powder.


- Fry onion chopped and cashews in oil and keep aside.



- In same pan add 2tbsp oil add star anise, cinomon stick,green cardamom and cloves.When aromatic add onions and ginger garlic paste.


- Add turmeric powder,chilli powder and biryani masala.Cook till it smells good.Then add curd and low flame.Cook curd till oil is separated.



- Then add 11/2tomatoes chopped,4 slit green chilli with cup water.Add sakta required.



- After boiling 2 minutes add 3/4cooked rice.Mix well.Add eggs above it with 2 slit green chilli and rest tomato chopped.Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes.


- Add fried onions and cashews and serve egg biryani with raita.
