  1. Heat a container pour water add whole masala spices once water get bubbling add salt,ghee,boil the rice once rice should 1/4th cooked then drain water keep a side
  2. Heat a pan pour ghee,oil add onion,ginger paste chilli,once it's transparent then add veggies
  3. Add salt,close lid for saute veggies then add kasturi methi,curd, coriander mix well,add spicy seasoning mix well keep cook for 1 minute

  6. Heat a pan put ghee add chilli,ginger paste keep statue chilli paste then pour badam puree
  7. Keep cook on medium flame add salt,sugar,kasturimethi keep boil gravy once it's thick cream kind means ready to serve then pour badam theri into veggeis pulav
  8. Garnish tomato flower sprinkle saffron strands and coriander leaves on top of pulav ready to serve
