- Coriander leaves 2tbsp grinded
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 teaspoon Red chilli flasks
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- Salt as your taste
- 1/2 tsp Haldi powder
- Dried plum 10_12
- 1 cup oil
- drop orange colour few
- 1 cup Brown onion
- 1 tbsp Kewra water
- 1/4 teaspoon Yellow colour
- 1/4 teaspoon Jayfal, jawatri elchi powder
- 1 bunch Podina
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 cup matar boiled
Instructions to make to make Special beef matar biryani
- Heat oil fry onion light golden and remove, add ginger garlic paste and cook the 5 - 7 minute



- Add meat with grinded green chilies and coriander leaves, salt,chilli powder, chilli flasks,chopped tomatoes, fry well



- Add yogurt cover and cook till meat tender and,fried onion grinded, cook till mixture thick add, whole green chilies, dried plums,



- Boiled rice with salt and whole spices till 3/4 done drain.ina pan put a layer of rice



- Then meat mixture, matar, chopped coriander leaves and podina top with remaining boilled rice,



- Spread 2tbsp oil or ghee on top,add kewra water,boiled matar, jayfal jawatri elchi powder mixed



- With colour,sugar put on dum for 15 minutes.



- Now ready to spiceal Beef matar biryani.
