- Wash &soak the uraddal&rice 2hour.Griend &make a batter of dosa.Mix salt&Rest it another 2hour. Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil add 1tsp mustard seedscurryleaves&greenchilli crackle than add cashewnut sauted, Addturmeric,corrienderpowder&garammasala powder sauted.Than add roughly crushed potato mix it well add boiled onion mix it well,add 1tbsp water cook nicely.off the gas.
