  13. 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  14. 1/2 tsp Chilli Paste
  15. 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
  16. 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  17. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  18. Salt per taste
  19. 3-4 tbsp Yoghurt
  20. About 1/2 lemons juice
  21. 2-3 Pinches Cooking soda
  22. For tadka: 1 1/2 tbsp Oil
  23. 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  24. 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
  25. 1 tbsp Chopped Corriander
  26. 2-3 Dry Red Chilli
  27. Leaves Some Curry
  28. 1 tsp Sugar
  29. 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  30. 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  31. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder

Steps to make to make Mix Veg Muthia Dhokla

  1. Before starting the procedure,take water in a pot and start releasing steam of the water
  2. Take all ingredients except for the ones for tadka and mix well and make a dough of it.

  10. Serve it with Yoghurt and Garlic Chutney.Garnish with Fresh Corinader
  11. If you want you may not add the tadka and serve it like that itself.
