- 1 cup Chapati Flour which is Grainy
- 3 tbsp Gram flour
- 1/4 cup Bajri Flour
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 2 tbsp Grated Carrot
- 2 tbsp Crushed Green peas
- 2 tbsp Chopped cabbage
- About 2 tbsp Crushed Bottle Gourd
- 1 small grated Potato
- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 tbsp Fresh Methi leaves chopped
- 3 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Paste
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt per taste
- 3-4 tbsp Yoghurt
- About 1/2 lemons juice
- 2-3 Pinches Cooking soda
- For tadka: 1 1/2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Chopped Corriander
- 2-3 Dry Red Chilli
- Leaves Some Curry
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Steps to make to make Mix Veg Muthia Dhokla
- Before starting the procedure,take water in a pot and start releasing steam of the water
- Take all ingredients except for the ones for tadka and mix well and make a dough of it.
- Make rolls of them and put it in the pot.Cook on the steamer for 20-25 minutes.
- Take a fork and put it in a Muthia.If it comes out clean than it's ready if it comes out with dough let it cook more.
- Let it cool down for 10 minutes.

- Now add the muthia to it and mix well and then add Chilli Powder.Toss it on full gas and it will come crunchy.
- For 2-3 minutes mix it nicely and your Muthia Dhokla is ready.
- Serve it with Yoghurt and Garlic Chutney.Garnish with Fresh Corinader
- If you want you may not add the tadka and serve it like that itself.
