- Mix sooji,rice flour,besan,curd, salt, chilli, coriander leaves,jeera,ginger paste add 1cup water and mix well cover keep for 15min.mix it and add 1/2 cup water 3sp more water make it thin batter

- Heat the tawa apply oil sprinkle some chopped onion and pour the batter.


- Sprinkle some oil on top and cook till crisp.


- Serve hot with chutney..



- Note :For 1/2cup sooji add 1,1/2cup water +3sp for batter consistency.
