  7. Add cumin powder and red chilli powder and add potatoes.
  8. Cover and cook until the mutton is fully cooked.
  9. Now take a heavy bottomed pan and first spread a portion of rice.
  10. Now arrange mutton and potatoes and sprinkle milk biryani masala powder and ghee
  11. Cover with rice,spread rest of the Biryani masala and milk.
  12. Sprinkle ghee and cover with a lid.
  13. Cook on low heat for 25 minutes and serve it hot with raita.
